Motorcheck terms of use
Intercoll Services Limited is authorised pursuant to section 241 of the Land Transport Act 1998 to access the names of persons who are currently registered in respect of motor vehicle(s).
Any person can notify the Motor Vehicle Register that they do not wish to have their name(s) or address(es) made available under authorisation.
We may access this information where we have an existing security interest on the Personal Properties Securities Register (PPSR) or similar security interest for a vehicle, to confirm the registered person of that vehicle is the person who owes us money lent in relation to that vehicle.
